On May 8 2017, Trevor Botkin, of Think8 Systems, from Montreal, Quebec, received, from the hands of Les Clefs d’Or Canada President, Carolina Avaria, a certificate of Honorary Membership into Les Clefs d’Or – UICH, the International part of the renowned concierge association, for his major contribution into the brand awareness efforts of the association.

Trevor has given educational seminars and lectures about his research and recommendations to improve the image, the visibility and the public relations strategy of Les Clefs d’Or, at many congresses, including Whistler 2015, Montreal 2016, Dubai 2016 and Niagara 2017.

His insight and competence greatly benefited Les Clefs d’Or, in Canada and internationally, by improving the concierges communications with their managements, co-workers, sales teams and their guests. The time and efforts that Trevor graciously put into the development of Les Clefs d’Or go above and beyond our best expectations and are literally priceless.

The nomination was accepted at the Les Clefs d’Or – UICH International Congress held in Berlin, in March 2017 and the presentation happened during the Les Clefs d’Or Canada National Congress in Niagara.
