Les Clefs d’Or Canada welcomed the World to the host city of Toronto for the 58th Les Clefs d’Or – UICH International Congress, from April 28th to May 3rd 2011. An amazing total of 640 delegates registered for this history making event.
The congress was chaired by National President Toni Daoud. The insightful education day was orchestrated by Comité des Sages’ Gerald Parent, from American Express. It was during this congress that Hugo Legrand, from Sofitel Golden Mile Montreal became Canadian President and that Virginia Casale, also from Sofitel Golden Mile Montreal, became International President! (Future stories to come)
Les Clefs d’Or Canada also celebrated its 35th anniversary with the presentation of a movie produced by Alain Larouche, National Treasurer and LCDC historian at heart, «LCDC 35 Years Odyssey». We were also blessed to have with us 8 out of 9 LCDC Presidents present at the congress as you can see on this amazing photo:

Presidents Toni Daoud, Geoffrey Argue, Hugo Legrand, Virginia Casale, James Burnham, Gerald Parent, Warren Anderson and Ian Shulman.
Here is the recap story written for Canad@News, by Chairman of the Congress, Toni Daoud, in the weeks following the 58th International Congress:
