Les Clefs d’Or Canada is proud to announce that Véronique Bourgeault, concierge at the Marriott Château Champlain Montreal, has been selected to be the 2015 Andy Pongco Award Nominee. She will represent Canada at the prestigious competition held during the UICH International Congress in Mendoza, Argentina, in April 2015.

Véronique, who was recently named Secretary for the Montreal Region, has been a member of Les Clefs d’Or for merely one year and a concierge for 4 years. She describes herself in her motivation letter as a natural leader, an organizer and a person who can unite people. She is eager to meet concierges from around the world to make connections and exchange ideas.
