In 2001, Les Clefs d’Or Canada organized the 10th Congress of the Americas in Québec City. The Congress was co-chaired by Virginia Casale, President of LCDC and by Anne McKenna, Chef-Concierge of the Fairmont Château Frontenac, the host hotel of this congress.
At the time, it was the biggest ever Pan-American Congress with 330 delegates present, coming from 9 countries.
Once again, the opportunity was there to take a great group picture and the occasion was not missed! The result is this picture of 330 Concierges from the Americas, gathered in the ball room of the Fairmont Château Frontenac!

Can you find yourself in this picture?! … I did!
