Today I had the honour of welcoming the distinguished Les Clefs d’Or Canada National Board Meeting to Victoria and the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. For me, these golden keys worn so proudly have always been symbols of excellence, knowledge, and dedication. As concierges, they are the heart and soul of our industry, embodying the values of genuine care, local expertise, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for every guest. They are the bridge between our global visitors and our local culture.

As industry leaders, it is our collective responsibility to shape the future of travel and hospitality. We must be the champions of sustainable practices, stewards of local heritage, and innovators in guest experiences.
