Les Clefs d’Or – UICH, the international association of hotel concierges, has launched its new website at the 2018 Seoul, South Korea, International Congress. The most exciting new feature is certainly the “Your Key To The City” section, where concierges from around the world share some of the highlights and hidden gems about their respective cities.
Because concierges are experts in their city, the local knowledge that they share in these articles is invaluable for today’s travellers who want to make the most of their time in the places they visit.
Each article also allows the travellers to get to know the concierges themselves and the hotels where they work, and even provides links to make a reservation in that hotel, if they wish to stay where the author works!
As the new articles are uploaded regularly onto the new website, we are very proud to have already three articles from Members of Les Clefs d’Or Canada being featured on the new Travel section!

Your Key To A Caffeinated Itinerary In Montreal;
and Gerry Lonergan, from InterContinental Hotel Montreal, guides us into
Your Key To The Village In Montreal;
Each talked about an interesting travel subject in their own city, one that they regularly present to their guests at their desks, stories that make them unique and prove that they are, indeed, local experts.
We invite you to visit the International Les Clefs d’Or website to read the full stories, learn more about Shelley, Chantal and Gerry, and, if you like them, their hotel or the subject they presented, book a room at their hotel to further benefit from their local expertise, knowledge and professional services.
This new travel feature is in its beginning stages and more articles are uploaded every week. We will keep you informed as more Canadian Concierges’ articles are added. Meanwhile, if you are looking for professional, attentive and personalized Clefs d’Or service for your next trip, you can find us and our hotels here.
