Reflecting back on the incredible day we had last June for the Golden Keys Invitational Golf Tournament at the beautiful Stanley Thompson Golf Course at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
The day was filled with plenty of sunshine, networking and of course lots of amazing golfing. We sold out at 144 golfers and had about 175 at the lunch and awards. Our MC, local radio host Mookie Wilson always makes it a fun event.
The Alberta Les Clefs d’Or Region would like to thank Banff Hospitality Collective for hosting the golf tournament this year as well as being our title sponsor. We would also like to thank David Roberts for his continued support of Les Clefs d’Or.
Our platinum sponsors were Oxford Properties which does our annual hole in one (Sadly, no one won this year), Azuridge Estate Hotel, Impark, Vintage Group, Banff Airporter, Birchwood Properties, Lynn Fletcher Weddings and Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel were all amazing!
The tournament raised $5000 for our charity, Bow Valley Victim Services and everyone was able to take home a prize as well as wonderful memories of the day! Our tournament is famous for having either rain or snow or both but last year we had nothing but lots of sunshine!
A big shout out to Don Mooney, Taylor Lancee and Rory Zolob and the rest of the incredible organizing committee as well as all our sponsors, volunteers and golfers for an amazing tournament! We are looking forward to our upcoming tournament this year which will be our 18th annual tournament!
