
Virginia Casale, International President and the 2011-13 UICH Executive Committee.
On May 5th 2011, at the 58th Les Clefs d’Or – UICH International Congress in Toronto, Virginia Casale, from Montreal, Canada, is elected International President of Les Clefs d’Or – UICH, becoming the first Canadian and second woman to access to the highest rank of Les Clefs d’Or.
Virginia’s focus during her term as International President was set on the place of women in Les Clefs d’Or and on education.
Prior to becoming President of Les Clefs d’Or – UICH, Virginia had served on the Executive Board as 1st Vice-President for 2 years and as General Secretary for 5 years. She had also been President of Les Clefs d’Or Canada.
She stayed on the Executive Board after her 2 years term as Past-President for one year, until she retired from her Concierge position at the Sofitel Golden Mile Montreal in 2014.
Virginia Casale was named Honorary Member of Les Clefs d’Or Canada in December 2014. She is now teaching the Concierge class at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec, in Montréal.
