In the Spring of 1995, at the Canadian Chapter Meeting of the Washington, DC Pan-American Congress, Les Clefs d’Or Canada, under the leadership of the President Gerald Parent, wanting to focus on improving communications between the members of the different Regions of the association, decided to launch a new tool for communication, the Newsletter!
The first edition of the Newsletter was published in the Summer of 1995 by Ian Shulman, the very first Editor.

The Newsletter was published one to three times a year for 20 years, from 1995 to 2014, until it was replaced by the Blog.
