Québec City Region is proud to welcome 2 new Les Clefs d’Or Members:

This year, the Quebec City Region is proud to award the Clefs d’Or to two new Members:
Tania Boulanger, from Hôtel Le Priori and Charles Rochette, from Auberge Saint-Antoine.

Tania has been working at Hotel Le Priori for more than two years, combining multiple tasks as Concierge, Front Desk, supervising, scheduling and more. Her hard work and skills helped improve greatly the reception and guest welcoming part of the hotel, but the area in which she really exceeds expectations is definitely the Concierge department.

Tania performs her multiple tasks and duties with her everlasting smile and good mood, she strives for perfection and her great attention to details guarantee the satisfaction of her guests.

She is quite active in the Québec City Region’s meetings and activities and appreciated by all her colleagues. Tania is the first ever Clefs d’Or Member from Hôtel Le Priori and she has the total support of her general manager, Mr. Erwan Franchet, who knows she is a great example for her coworkers as to how to exceed in guest’s satisfaction.

I was proud to be her mentor and provide counsel and guidance to help her achieve the status of Member of Les Clefs d’Or Canada!

Charles has been a concierge at Auberge Saint-Antoine for many years. His colleagues and fellow concierges will tell you he is someone you can always count on, always willing to help and very much implicated in our region. His latest achievement was to successfully organize the Region’s Annual Auction, certainly our most important event of the year.

Charles is very professional, humble and his guests just love him. He joins his co-worker Genevieve Guay as the second Clefs d’Or Concierge at Auberge Saint-Antoine.
