October 9th to 12th, 1992, Vancouver and the Western Canada Region of Les Clefs d’Or Canada welcomed the Concierges from all over Canada for the 3rd National Conference of Les Clefs d’Or Canada. The congress was chaired by Ms. Diane Dillon.
Although it was not a Pan-American Congress, it was promoted as one and US delegates were invited to attend.
