In 1981 most concierges were men. In fact, all Les Clefs d’Or Concierges in Canada were men. Then came Liloo Alim, Chef-Concierge at the Four Seasons Ottawa at the time, unanimously voted in by her peers to become the first lady to join the Les Clefs d’Or Canada association.
Today, Liloo Alim is still an active member of Les Clefs d’Or Canada as she has been for 35 years. Since 1987, she is at the Concierge desk of the Four Seasons Toronto.
