Every year, the Les Clefs d’Or concierges of the Niagara Region select a restaurant to become the Golden Plate Award winner.
The judging for this friendly contest is based on four criteria:
Atmosphere, service, quality of food, and how the restaurants work with us as concierges.

I am going to tell you the story of my participation as the Canadian candidate for Les Clefs d’Or Award – André Damonte 2018, held during the 65th UICH Les Clefs d’Or International Congress in Seoul, South Korea, in April 2018.
